Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

• • We offer free shipping for orders over $75. We reserve the right to discontinue free shipping at any time. Our shipping rates are still some of the lowest online, if not the lowest.
  • Orders received before 2:00 pm will be processed and shipped out the same business day, and in some cases orders called in by 4:00 pm can be shipped out same day, pending product availability.
  • International Shipping: We offer UPS or US Postal. US Postal is the cheapest option, however for detailed tracking, choose UPS or call us for Special Air Freight Pricing.
  • Once orders have been placed and are processing they are unable to be changed or edited, however if its the same quantity and product just different panel variation you can email us the change.
  • Free US Postal Shipping applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the Continental United States. Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii, extra shipping fees apply; Priority Mail being the cheapest and best value.
  • Free shipping is received by ordering online & choosing the option in the check out section.
  • Orders can be shipped in Discreet unmarked packaging by selection during checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. drugtestshome.com will ONLY issue a refund or exchange products in the event we have shipped incorrect or defective items. All refunds or exchanges in such circumstances will be issued subject to the following terms:

• • All returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us at sales@drugtestshome.com to obtain an RMA number.
  • All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original payment, within 7-14 days of drugtestshome.com's receipt of the returned merchandise.
  • We recommend use of a traceable shipping method so that your shipment will not be lost.
  • Please note: Each order is checked twice before being shipped. We will be responsible for all shipping charges only when we have shipped incorrect or defective items.
