Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. drugtestshome.com will ONLY issue a refund or exchange products in the event we have shipped incorrect or defective items. All refunds or exchanges in such circumstances will be issued subject to the following terms:

• All returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us at sales@drugtestshome.com to obtain an RMA number.
• All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original payment, within 7-14 days of drugtestshome.com's receipt of the returned merchandise.
• We recommend use of a traceable shipping method so that your shipment will not be lost.
• Please note: Each order is checked twice before being shipped. We will be responsible for all shipping charges only when we have shipped incorrect or defective items.
